Mary Smith Peck, decedent's ivife, died September 20, 1972, a copy of her death certificate is attached. 8. In support of this petition, petitioner states that no children were born of the marriage of decedent and Mary Smith Peck. 9. In support of this petition, oetitioner attaches a copy of an unconformed Will of George W. Peck, Jr., prepared by Spencer B. Gilbe:t, attorney, in 1970. This Will ieft his entire estate to his wife, Mary Smith Peck, and in the event she predeceased him, his entire estate was ~iven to his niece Eulalia L. Johnston,your petitioner herein. The oripinal of this Will could not be located and will not be probated. 10.
