On the petition of Eulalia Johnston for Family~Administration
of the Estate of George W. Peck~ Jr., deceased, the court finding
that the decedent died on the 31st day of January, 1981; that all
interested persons have joined in the petition; that the material
allegations of the petition are true; and that an Order of Family
Administration should be entered in this estate in accordance with
the petition, it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the assets

property of the decedent, and those with whor.- securities or other
properties of decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered to
comply with this order by paying, deliverinp„ and transferrin~ to
