County, Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument to be
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking anv and a11 Wills and

ARTICLE I- PAYMENT OF ~EBTS, TAXES Al~t~ COSTS OF A~MINLS-
TRATION
I direct that all estate, inheritan~e, succession and other death
taxes of any nature, together with any in~erest and penalties thereon, which
may be leviec? or ~.ssessed by reason c: my death by the laws of any State
or of the United States with resr~ect t~ t~rnr~rtv na~~inrJ ,~n~Pr th;~ w,~ ~r
any other property shall be considered a cost ~ administration clf my
estate, and that such taxes, together Wi~il all debts which I am legally
obligated to pay at the time of my death, my last illness and funeral
expenses ar,d other c~sts of ad~ninistration of my estate, shall be paici out
of m~y residuary estate. In the event my residuary es±ate is insufficient
to pay such d~bts, expenses, costs and taxes, I direct that th~ amount
thereaf in ex^es~ of rr~y reSLd~1~~'y estate shall be pa.id from other ~sets
in the ~rder provided by law. In no event shall any portion of such debts,
expenses, c~s}s and taxes be ap~rtioned ~r allacateC to m~y spouse or any
