C. ~ispositive Provisions. This trust shall be known ar.d referred
to as "Trust A", and sha11 be held, managed and distribu~td by my Trustees~
upon the following terms and conditions:
1. ~istribution af Income to Wife for Life. N~y Truste~s sha11
distribute all of the income to or for the benefit ~f my «ue so long as she
shall live.
2. ~istribution of Principal to Wife. In adciition, m;~ Trustees may

desirable for the proper health, maintenance- ana support of my wife.

power, at any time during her lifeiime, by specific reference to this power
in an instrument in c~~riting exec~zted an~s delivered to my Trustees, to
appoint all or a.ny part of the principal io herself, or to a~homsoever she
pleases, in such proporti~ns and subject to such trusts anci conditions as
~ may direci.
E. ~enera.i Po,x: er of AppointmEnt. i~:y wife shall also have the
~ power, exercisable by specific reference to this power in her valid T~ast
i`~Jil: and Testame::t, to appoint a11 or any part c~ the principal re:naining
at the time of her death, free atid clear c~ any trust to her estate, or to
j whomsoever sY:e pleases, in such propoi tions and subj~:.t to su:.h trusts
