ARTICLE IV - R'~'.~Tf`TIARY TRTT.4T _ TRTieT T2
I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
property, including the proceeds from any insurance policies which are
payable to my personal representative or my estate, to. my Trustees,
hereinafter designated, IN TRUST, to be held, managed and distributed by
iny Trustees in a separate trust known as "Tru~t B", upon the following
ierms and conditions: ~
A. Use of income and Principal for Spouse. So l~ng as my wife
is 11V1I1CJ, my Trustees shall distribute to or for her ~enefit all af the
income of this trus't. Tr~ey shall further ciistribute to or for her benefit
so inuch of the principal of this ~rust as they deem ne~essary or ~esirable,
in tr~eir sole discretion, for her proper health, maintenance and sup~ort.
B. ~istribution of Income and Principal. Upon my wife's death,
or upon my death if she has predeceased me, all principal and undistributec
income shall be distributec~ to our tw~ daugr.ters CHARLO'?'TE K. KATZ
and R~BERTA K. L~ELAi~1EY. If either ~r both have dieci prior tc such
distribution, tiien said share or shares s~~all vest in the issue of said
daughter or daughters on a per stirpes basis. ~istribution of the respec-
j tive share shall fsrther be ma~ie to such issue as shail have reached
~i twenty-one (21} yaars of age. The share or shares ~f any issue not yet
~ tTt~enty-one (21) years of a~e shall be held in tru: t until reachinq ~uch
age, according to terms in the following paragraph.
C. Retention for IJlinors.
I f at the times of the ab~ve vesting of
~ Trust shares any benefi~iary has reached t~~~enty-ane (2:) years of age,
~ then his or hzr share shall be distributea absolutely to such beneficiary.
IIf the beneficiary has not yet reached t~uenty-one (2') years of age, my
