F. Frequency of Listrihution of Income, Unless eti~erwis~
specifically indicated under the terms of this Will, any distribution c~
i.ncome required to be made ander any tr.ust created s.uider this Will
shall be inacie at times fixed by the Trustees but at lea.st as often as
quarter-annually.
~. Other Resources. In exercising the discretionary power cf
distribution of principal and income to or for the benefit o~ the ~~arious
beneficiaries, my Trustees may, but need not, consider any other
resources of said peneficiary.

In the event my ~vife and I die ~imultaneously ~r under such
circ~.imstances that therP is not sufficient evidence tha.t we died other than
simi:ltaneously, m5~ wife shall be considered, for the purposes of ihe
operation of my VVill, to have survi,ved me.
