as fully as if said powers were set out in full in this Will.
~. `I~ermination of Trust. lviy Trustees may terminate any trust
herein created when in the sole judgment of the Trustees, the corpus of
the trust is or becomes too sinall an amount to warrant the exis~ence af
the trust, taking into consideration the ~intended purposes behind the form-
ation of said trust.
ARTICLE IX ' - 'DEFIlVITION
A. Any referenc~ herein to a minor sha11 designate a person who is
under twenty-one (21) years of a~e, regardless of any State law ~o the
;.ontrary.
~. The term "income" shall mean net income after the payment
of all necessary and custemary expense~, fees anci taxes.
