9. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner
is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of the decedent.
10. The Petitioner is entitled to preference in appoint-
ment as Personal Representative as the surviving spouse of the
decedent. Petitioner respectfully requests that she be appointed
;i as Personal Representative of the estate for the nurnose of

`~ executing a release to Georgia Highway Exnress, Inc., and its
insurance carrier, and that an Order of Summary Administration
be entered directing distribution of the asset o£ the estate in
!~ accordance with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 3 of this
