tration o£ the Estate of Claude A. Baker, c~eceased, the Court
finding that the decedent died on the 15th day of December, 1981;
that all interested persons have been served nroper notice of
this hearing, or have ~aaived notice thereof; that the materiaZ
allegations of the Petition are true; an~ tnat an Order of Summary
!~dministration should be entered; it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the assets
of the decedent as follows:

decedent's estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to
receive and collect the s4me, and to maintain actions to enforce
the right.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, those holding
property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or othPr
properties of decedent are registered. are authorized and empoti~ered
to comply with this Order by paS~ing, delivering and transferring
to those specified above the parts of the decedent's estate assigned
to them by this Order, a:1d such persons shall not be accountable to
nityone else for that propert_y.
