2. That affiant is the surviving spouse of
FRANh KOCH.
3. That affiant is the owner of the following
described property:
Lot 14 on Block "8" of "PARADISE PARK
ADDITION"; said plat recorded in Plat
Book S, page 36, in thz Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. That affiant was married to FRANK KOCH from
a date prior to riarch 24, 1958, when the aforesaid property was
acqui:-ed, and remained continuously married from that date up to
and including the date of his death, which occurred June 19, 1967,
as evidenced by the certified copy of the certificate of death
attached hereto and *~ade a part hereoE.
