Begin at a point 795.36 feet North of the SouChwest corner of SE 1/4
of N~ 1/4 of Section 35, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; thence run
East, and parallel to the South line of said quarter section, to a
point on the Easterly right of way line of Florida East Coast Railway
for the point of beginning of the tract hereby described; thence run
Northwesterly along the East right of way line of Florida East Coast
Railway to a point that is 875.36 feet North of the South line of said
quarter section; thence run East, and parallel to the South line of said
Quarter section, to a point on the West shore line of the Indian River;
thence meander the West shore of the ~ndian River in a Southeasterly
direction to a point thereon that would be bisected by a line run East
from the point of beginning that parallels the South line of said
quarter section, thence run West, and paraliel to the South line of
said quarter section, to the point of beginning. Together with all
riparian rights thereunto appertaining but less and excepting therefrom
the right of way of South, Indian River Drive.
