EXHIBIT "A"
The followinq land is situated in the County of St. Lucie. State of Florida:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the North line of Government Lot 1 of
Sec*ion 9, Township 3~i South, Range 40 East, with the highwater mark on the East
bank of the Indian River, thence run Soutt~easterly meandering said high water
mark to a point which is 400 feet due South of the North line oi said Government
Lot 1; thence run East paralleling the North line of said Government Lot 1, the
North line of Section 10 and the extension thereof to the high water mark of the

said Township and Range; thence Northerly meandering the shore line of the
Atlantic Ocean to its intersection with the North line of said Section 10; thence
West alang the North line of said Section 10 ond said Government Lot 1 of Section
9 to point of beginning, the same beinq a part of Government Lot 1 of Section 9.
the North 400 feet of Section 10 and a part of Government Lot 1 of Sect~on 11,
all in Township 34 South, Range 40 East, SUBJECT, however, to roadways as delineated
upon the plat of AVALON PARK, as the same appears of record in Plat Book 1, at
Page 187, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; ,'.ESS AND EXCEPT rights of
way for State Road A-1-A extendinq through the above described real property.
The property being conveyed being also described as the North 900 feet af Sections
9, 10 and 11, Township 34 South, Range 90 East, according to U. S. Survey as
executed by A. M. Randolph in 1851, more or less.
