AT FORT PIERCE, a Flarid~~ bantcing corporation;
W I T N E S S E T H:
WIIE.REAS, FLORIDA BAhK AT FOe~T I'IERCE is the owner and holder
of th'e following Notes a::d Mortgages, to-wit:
(a) A ~ertain Promissory Note executed by CHESTER C.
STARLING and VIRGINIr1 STARLING, his wife, dated November 28, 1975, in
the original principal ~,mount of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,OOO,UO),
which Note is secured by a Mortgage, dated November 28, 1975, executed
by CHESTEK 0. STARLINC and VIRGINIA STARLING, his wife, and recorded

ir. O.R. Book 246, Page 1202, of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, which Mortgage is now a valid first lien on the property
hereinafter described;
(b) A certain Promissory Note executed by CHESTER O.
STARLING and VIRGINIA STARLING, dated August 31, 1979, in the ariginal
principal amount of Tkenty-five Thousand Dollars, which Mort~age is
secured by a~lortgage ~ated August 31, 1979, executed bv CHESTER O.
STARLING and VIRGI~iIr1 STARLItiG, his wife, and recorded in O.R.
Book 315, Page 2197, of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, which Mortgage is a valid second Mortt;age upon all of th~
property secured hy the iirst :tortgage hereinabove referred to in
paragraph (~:) .
