Twenty-eight and 80/100 Dollars ($21,228.8i)). Interest shall be
payable on the above sum at the rate ~f 18% ~ercent per annum.
Principal and all accrued interest shall be paid upon May 15, 1981,

otherwise remain in tull force and effect.
