PARTIAL RELF.ASE OF MORTGACE
MELLON BANK, N.A., a national banking association, holder of the
mortgage executed by OCE.AN TUWERS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation,
to MELLON BANh, N.A., a national banking association, dated August 29, 1979, and
recorded in Official Record Book 315, pages 1615 through 1642, inclusive, public
recorcis of St. Lucfe County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 23rd day of February,
19b1, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County
described as follows:
Tha[ certain Cond:xninium parcel composed of Unit No. 8Q6
and an undivided 1/79th share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, conditions. restrictiuns, terms and other pro-
visions of that Declaration of Condominium of OCEAN TOWERS
CONDOMINIL-M B, as recordzd in Official Record Book 348
page 2288, public recoXds of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the rez-aining part of ~the
property described in that mortgage. _
FURTHER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit
No. 806., Ocean Towers Condominium B. that certain UCC-1 financing Statement
between Ocean Towers Development Corporation and Mellon Bank, N.A., filed
August 30, 1979, and recorded in Official Record Book 315, page 1651, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
