ACKNOWI.EUGMr:NT AND 1tATIFICATION BY GRAN'P~E
The Grantee by acceptance and executi~n of this Warranty Deed ackr~owledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grant~e agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Gr3ntee contain all of the warra~ities,
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real praperty described above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grartees have hereunto set their hands and seals this
