recorded in Official Reco~d Book 315, pages 1615 through 1642, inclusive, public
records of St. Lucfe County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 23rd day of February,

1981, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County
described as follows~ .

and an undivided 1/79t1~ share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, conditions, restr:ctiuns, terms and other pro-

page 2288, public records of St. Lucie Coun[y, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mor[gage.
FURTNER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit
No. 608_, Ocean Towers Condominium B, that certain UCC-1 financing Statement
between Ocean Towers Development Corporation and Mellon Bank, N.A., filed
August 30, 1979, and recorded in Official Record Sook 315, page 1651, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
