FURTHER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit
No. 9U2_, Ocean Towers Condominium B, that certain UCC-1 financing Statement
between Ocean Towers Development Corporation and Mellon Bank, N.A., filed
August 30, 1979, and recorded in Official Record Book 315, page 1651, public
records of S[. Lucie County, Florida.
