The Grantee by scc~ptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to tt~e provisions of the Declaratic,n vf Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee ayrees
to be bcund by all of said provisionsF the Grantee acknowledyes and ayrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and eauitable; the Grantee herebv imuressus
a lien upon tt~e land and real property described above, as security for his obliyatior.s
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grant~e
acknowledges a»d agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
ttie purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warrantics,
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
