No. 706, Ocean Towers Condominium B, that certain UCC-1 financing Statement
bztween Ocean Towers Development Corporation and Mellon Bank, N.A., filed
August 30, 1979, and recorded in Official Record Book 325, page 1651, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
