The Grantee by acceptance ai~d execution of this Warranty Oeed acknowledges
that this conveyance ie su,bject to the provisions o!~ the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the prov.isions of all of its exhibits. The Grnntee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agreea that all
af sair3 grovi~ions are reasanah3e, fair and e~uitabAe; tt-.e Grantee hereby i~prasses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
a-s described in said Declaration of Condocu.nium and it~ exhibitss and the Grantee
acknor+ledqes and agrees that said Oeclaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purcltase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of tt-e warranties,
representations and inducements concerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
