PARTIAL RELr:ASE OF MORTGAGE
MELLON BANK, N.A., a natiunal banking association, holder of the
mortgage executed by OCt:AN T~WERS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation,
to MELLON BANK, N.A., a national banking association, dated August 29, 1979, and
recorded in Official Record Book 315, pages 1615 through 1642, inclusive, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 23rd day of February,
1981, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the rcal property i.n that County

between Ocean Towers Development Corporation and Mellon Bank, N.A., filed
August 3U, 1979, and recorded in Official Record Book 315, page 1651, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
