one-half (1/2) interest, and ERSKINE CONTRACTING CORPORATION, an Ohio
corporation, as to an undivided one-half (1/2) interest, dated August 7,
1979, and recorded in Off icial Record Book 315, page 1595, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to i aid,,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on~this ~~ day of ~,~ L._ ,
1981, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that
County described as follows:
A condominium parcel canposed of Unit No. ~705, and an,undivided
1/79 share in those c~on elements appurtenant thereto in accordance
with and sub~ect [o the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms
and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of OCEAN
TOWERS CONDOMINIUM B, as recorded in Off icial Record Book 348, page
2288, and as amended in 0€ficial Record Book 349, page 46, all in
the public records of St. Lucie County, Flerida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the property
described in that mortgage. ~
