Ttie Grantee by acceYtance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Ueclaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Graritc~e ayr~~s
to be bound by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledyes and agrees that all
of said orovisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby im~~rt~~s~~s
a lien upon the land and real property descri.bed above, as seciirity for his obliyations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grai~tee
acknowledqes and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and it_s exhibits and
the purchase aqreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warrantics,
representations an@ inducements concerning the purchase by the rrantee of the land
and real property described above.
