The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowludges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, includi~y the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee ayrees
to be bound by all of said pruvisions; the Grantre acknowledyes and aqrees tFiat all

the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee ca~tain all of ttie warrantics,
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
