Borrower shall pr~mptly pay, when due, all asscssmcnts imposed by the Owner~ Association or othcr gaverning bod~• of thc Condominium Project (hrrein "Ov-~ners Association") pursuant to the provisions of the dectaration, by-laws, cocie of regulations or other c~nstiwent document af the Condomini~m Projeet. B. Nazard Insurance. So long as the O~~ners Association maintains a"master" or "blanket" policy on the Condominium Project which pro~~ides insurance cc-verage against fire, hazards included within the term "extended coverage: ' and such other hazards as Lendcr n~ay require. anci in such amounts and for such periais as Lender may require, then: (i) Lender w~aives the provisic~n in Unif~,rm Ct~~•enant 2 for the monthly payment to Lender of one-twelfth of the premium installments for hazard insurance un the Pronerh•: (ii) Borrower's obligation under Unifor~n Cv~~enant 5 to maintain hazard insurance coverage on the Property is deemed satisficd; and (iii) the pro~~isions in Uniform Cc~~•enant 5 reg3rding applic~tion of hazard insurance proceeds shall be superseded by an~~ pro~~isions of thc declaratic~n, h~'-IJK'S, codc of r~gulations or other constituent document of the Condominium Projcct ar of applicable la~• to the crt~nt necessar~ to a~~oid a conflict between such provisions and the provisions of Uniform Covenant 5. D. Remedies.
