Sr1TISFACTION of PROMISSORY NOTE
KNOW ALL MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS; That I, CARROLL COLLINS
the owner and holder of TWO promissory Notes executed by
MIRREOLA IVORY to CARROLL COLLINS, One Note bearing the date
the 28th day ot November, A.D. 1979 in the amount of
'I~ao-thousand four-hundr~d four and no cents and Recorded
in OR Book 349 Pages 1476 and 1477 in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida; Second Note bearing the date the 28th day
of November~ A.D. 1979 in the amount of Twenty-three thousand
forty dollars and no cents and Recorded in OR Book 349, Pages
1478 and 1479 in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said notes
and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the
Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
WITNESS my hand this 27th day of March, A.D. 1981.
