I, IAUIS S. KERNOHAN, a resident of and domiciled in the
County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking an_y and
all Wills and Codicils at any time heretofore ~ade by me.
FIRST; I direct my Personal Representative to pay from
any residuary estate, as an expense of administration, all estate,
succession, inheritance and transfer taxes, including any interest
a nd penalties thereon, which may be imposed by any state, federal
or foreign laws with respect to any property or transfers thereof
taxable by reason of my death, whether or not such property passes
under this Will or any Codicil thereto; and my estate shall have no
right to be reimbursed therefor by any recipient of such property.
SECOND: In the event of my death, and I am not survived by
my spouse, prior to any distribution under the terms of this Will, I
devise and bequeath to WILLIAM KENDALL MIZELL and his wife, JEANNE
MIZELL, all of my personal belongings, includir.g furniture, furnish-
ings, paintin~s, jewelry and clothing. They are to have the choice
of any and all of th ese personal belongings they wish and those items
which they do not wish to take shall pass to my residuar_y estate.
THIRD: I give, devise, and bequeath my entire residuary
estate, both real and personal, to my wife, IALITA B. KERNONAN, to be
hers absolutely in fee simple forever. If my said wi~e does not
survive me, I direct that the said residue be divided into two portions,
portion "A" consisting of sixty percent {60%) of said residue, and
portion "B" consisting of forty percent ~0%) of ~}~~is~aid residue.
