(a) I direct that portion "A" of the said residue be
' divided into as many ~qual shares as ma_y be necessary to carry out
the provis~ons of this subdivision (a) , and I give, devise, and
bequeath the same as follows:
(i) One and one-quarter (1~) of such shares to my
brother, NEIL KERNOHAN and his wife, MARY [~RNONAN, now
residing at Troon, Ayrshire, Scotland, or if they do not
survive me, to their issue, per stirpes;
(ii) One and one-quarter (1~) of such shares to my ;
brother, JOHN KERNOHAN and his wife, NAN KERNONAN, npw
residing in Ardross, Dumbartonshire, Scotland, or if they
do not survive me, to their issue, per stirpes;
(iii) Ttao (2) shares of such shares to my brother,

ANDREW KERNONAN, naw residiing in Atlantic City, New Jersey,
or if he does not survive me to his issue, per stirpes,
namely, HARRY KERNOHAN, MARY LOUISE KERNOHAN and MIKE
KERNOHAN ;
(iv) One-half (1/2) of such snares to JEAN KERNONAN,
widow of my brother , JAMES KERNOHAN, now residing at 97
Dunchattan Street, Denniston, Glasgow, Scotland, if she
survives me, and if at the time of my death she has not
remarried.
(b) I direct that po~tion "B" of the said residue be divided
into as many equal shares as may be necessary to carry out the pro-
visions of this subdivision (b), and I give, devise, and bequeath
the same as follo~•s :
(i) Ttao (2) of such shares to ELLEN SEIDENTOPF, now
residing in Morristown, New Jersey.
(ii) Five (5) of such shares to WILLIAM I~NDALL MIZELL,
and his wife, JEANNE MIZELL, naw residing in Martinsville,
Virginia, or if they do not surv~,vle me, ~~ C~eir issue, per
