FOURTH: If my wife, LOLITA B. KERNOHAN, and I should die
in such circumstances that the order of our deaths cannot be established
by proof, I direct that my said wife shall be presumed to have pre-
deceased me for all purposes under this Will.
FIFTH: Wherever the term "issue" is used in this Will, it
is my intention that such term shall include legally adopted children
as well as more remote descendants by legal adoption or otherwise. It
is my further intention that MIKE KERNOHAN and his descendants shall
be considered as issue of my brother, ANDREW KERNOhi,AN, for purposes
of this Will, whether or not the said MIKE KE1tNOHAN is legally adopted
by my said brother.
SIXTH: I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my wife,
LOLITA B. KERNOHAN, to act as my Personal Representative of this Will,
or if she should fail to qualify or cease to act for any reason, I
nominate, constitute and appoint th~ SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
Florida, of Fort Pierce, Florida, tc~ be the Alternate Personal Repre-
sentative, in her place and stead. I direct that no bond or other
security shall be required of either of them for the faithful perform-
ance nf her or its duties hereunder.
SEVENTH: I authorize my Personal Representative or Alternate
Personal Representative, in her or its discretion, to sell, exchange
or otherwise dispose of any property, real or personal, at such times
and upon such terms as she or it may deem advisable; t~ retain without
sale any property, whether or :~ot the same is diversified or is qualified
by law for fiduciary investment; to invest and reinvest in such common
stocks, preferred stocks, bonds, other securities and other property,
real or person~l, including interests in~~,r~vestme~ t~usts and common
