PETITION FOR DISCNARGE .
The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above Estate, alleges:
l. The decedent, HELEN C. KELLY, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida~ died on November 9, 1980, and Letters of
Administration were issued to Petitioner on December !+~ 1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith waivers of accounting by
all interested persons.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate by
making pa_yment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision
for the payment of all taxes a7d expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to bE
paid to the personal representative, attorneys~ accountants~
appraisers, or other agents employed by the perso'na? representa-
tive is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
5. Fetitioner has filed all required Estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed
with the Court evidence of tt-e satisfaction of this Estate's
obligations for both Federal and Florida Estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to c-ake distribution
of the assets of this EstatE as set forth in the Schedule of
Distribution attached hereto as Exhibit B.
7. The only persons having an interest in this nro-
ceeding anci their respective addresses are:
