Borrow•e~ and Lender heceby expressly adopt and incorporate by reference into this Mortqage and
hereby aqree to be bound by the covenants and aqreements contained in Unifocm Covenants numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the ~date, in the volume and, at the page as foAows:

Such prosrisions a4 are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender aqree that all
references to the Property, Borrower, Lender arid Note contained in the above ~described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property. Borrower~ Lender
and the Note deGned herein. Borrower acknowled9es receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into t~is Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and aqree
as fcllows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from. the date of this Mortqage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
inte'rest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage K~hen evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, not including sums arivanced in accocdance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage~ exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US $-~o~ _
