Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment oi the Property. Lender ahall be entiUed to have a receiver appointed by a
court to enter~upon, take poseeasion of and manage the Property and to coltect the rente of the Property, including those past due. All renta
collected by the receiver ehall be applied firnt to payment of the ooeta of management of the Property and rnllection of rents, including, but not
limite~i to, receivei a feee, premiums on receiver'e bonde and tiraeonable attorney'e fees, and Lhen to the eume secured by this Mortgege. The
receiver ehall be liable to acoount only for those renta actuaily received.
