Put~chaser~ by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledAes that this
purchase af a condominium unit at OCEAH VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is subject
ir. every respect to the Declaration cf Condominium as to the cor,dominium in
which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not ?im-

ferred to thereinl~ the Ay-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,

brochur•e and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, anci all Amendments
to the aforesaid DeclaraLion and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Ow~r.ers
Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and
examir.ation of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and fioor
plan, and ackr,owledges that each and every provision of the foregoir.g is essen-
tial, to the successfu? operation and management of the Condominium property
and is in the best ?nterests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached tnereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions ef said Declaration of Condor~?ni~an and Exhibits
attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's
Association dOCllIT1Ef1t5 referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
ahle, fair ar.d equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges an~ confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Prope^ty Owner's Association
has encumbere~ and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations ~~r.der said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restr?etions, and said Purchaser ass~_:~.:~ rhe obligations as to the
Fropert~ Owner's Associ3tion as to his conc'_omi~iur~, parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all warranties, representations, and ind~:~ecr.ents, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~.mi and Exhibits attached thereto, and
the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and

nor mav one be relied upon ex.cept wnere the same is specifically warranted or
