RECEIPT~ ACKNOWLEDGMENT, ASSUMPTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PURCFiASER
Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this
purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN ViLLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub,ject
ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominiutn as to the condominium in
whieh his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, includinR but not lim-
ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominium or re-
ferred to therein)~ the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regulations~ copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Ineorporation,
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OWners
Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Deelaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
plan, and acknowledges that each and every provisiori of the foregoing is essen-
tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium proper•ty
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
Purchaser and ail owners of parcels in the aforedescri5ed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached tizereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condor~~ni~ and Exhibits
attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Oxner's
Assoeiation documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations ~:nder said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assusr~s the obligations as to the
Property Oaner's Association as to his condomi~ium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~an and Exhibits attached thereto, and

other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
