representative because your Petitioner was appointed personal
representative in ARTICLE V of the Last Will and Testament of
Clara E. Grumbach, deceased.
6. This estate consists of personal property of the
approximate value of over $10,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Cod-
icil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will and Testa-
ment dated December 9, 1976; the First Codicil to Last Will
and Testament of Clara E. Grumbach dated January 24, 1977;
and the Second Codicil to Last Will and Testament of Clara E.
Grumbacn dated January 30, 1980, are in the possessi4n o= tne
Court .
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will; the First
Codicil to Will and Second Codicil to tVill be admitted to
probate and that the FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL BANK AT VERO BEACH,
Vera Beach, Florida, be appointed Personal Representative of
the Florida estate of the decedent.
