ORDER ADMITTING WILL TO PROBATE
AND APPOINTING PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
These instruments presented to this Court as the Last Will
and Testament of CLARA E. GRUMBACH, deceased, dated December 9,
1976, attested by Patsy W. Christena, Lynn Sant and Adele T.
Woodard, as attesting witnesses; the First Codicil to Last
Will and Testament of Clara E. Grumbach dated January 24, 1977,
attested by Margaret F. Hunt, Lynn Sant and Joan M. Strentz as
attesting witnesses, and Second Codicil to Last Will and Testament
of Clara E. Grumbach, deceased, dated January 30, 1980, atte~*_ed~
by Cynthia J. Rittler, Lynn Sant and Nancy Snyder as attesting
witnesses, the instruments now presented in ~ourt for ~robate, ~
being a self-proving Will and self-proving First Codicil and
self-proving Second Codicil to Will, as provided for under
Chapter 732.503 F.S.A. are admitted to probate according to
law, and it is further
ADJUDGED that the FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL BANK AT VERO
BEACH, Vero Beach, Floricia is appointed Personal Representative
of the estate of the deCedent, and that upon taking the pres-
cribed oath, filinc~ designation of resident agent and acceptance,
Letters of Administration s all be issued.
