W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, CLARA E. GRU~ACH, deceased, late of Indian River
County, Florida, ~ied testate on August 5, 1980; and
WHEREAS, FLORIDA VATIONAL BANK AT VERO BEACH, Vero Beach,
Florida, is the duly qualified and acting Perso:~al Representative
of the Estate of said decedent; Letters of Administration having
been issued to said FLORIDA FIRST ~ATIONAL BANK AT VERO BEACy,
now known as FLORIDA NATIONAi. BANK AT VERO BEACEi, b2• the Hon-
orable Charles E. Smith, Circuit Judge of I;~dian River County,
on August 8, 1980; and,
WHEREAS, CLARA E. GRUMBACH, deceased, having while she
lived and at the time of her death, an estate consisting of
real property located in ~he State of Florida;
NOW 1HEREFORE, the Grantor, for and in consideration of

the st:m of Ten Dollars and othe~_good and valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the Grantee,
LI:VDA FORD LeFEBVRE, RUBERT L. LeFEBVRE and CHARI.OTTE B. LeFEBVRE,
the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit:
Begin on the East Boundary of U.S. Nignway No. 1
with its intersection with the South boundary of
Balsa Road as shown on the Plat of L.W. Halbe Land
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 18
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
run East along the South boundary of said Balsa Road,
125 feet to a point; thence run, Southeasterly parallel
to U.S. Highway No. 1, SG feet to a point, thence turn
