brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser~ and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Dzclaration and Exhibits arc! the Articles of Incorporation,
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
Association; and Purchaser further ackr.oaledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales broehure and floor
plan~ and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
tial, to tt-~e successful operation and managem~nt of the Condominium property
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the ter-ns and provisions of said Declaration of Condefi:ni~ and Exhibits
att~ched thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's
Association docu:~nents refer•red to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmoWledges ar.d confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being con~leyed
to Purchaser, as securit~~ for his obligations ~ander said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assu~r,s *he obligations as to the
?roperty Owner's Association as to his condoAi~ium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid ~eclaration of Condomini~n and Exhioits attached thereto, and
