Campeau Corporation Florida, formerly Templin Associates, Inc.,
adopted by the Incorporators and Stockholders on the 3rd day of
May, Z957, and ratified, confirr*~ed and approved by the Board of
Directors in a meeting held on May 3, 1957.
I further certify that the sai~ By-laws are in ful~ force
and effect and that they have not been amended or revoked, except
with regard to the change of name, aforementioned.
