ARTICLE X
Waiver of Notice
Whenever any notice whatever is required to be given under the
provisions of the General Not For Profit Carporation Act of the District
of Columbia or under the provisions of the A rticles of Incorporation or by
the By-Laws of the corporation, a waiver thereof in writing signed by the
person or person~ entitled to such notice, whether before or after the time
scaeza ~~-~rei~, sn~~i be aeemed equivaient to the giving af such notice.
ARTICLE XI
Amendments to the By-Laws
These By-Laws may be altered, amended or repeated and new
By-Laws may be adopted by the unanimous vote of the Board of Directors
present at any regular meeting or at any Special Meeting, provided at
least Five (5) days' written notice is given to each member of the Board
of Directors of intention to alter, amend or repea_1 or to adopt new By-Laws
at such meeting and such notice also shal include a copy of such proposed
alteration, am.endment or repeal.
