profit CorPoration Act, the undersigned adopts the folloh•ing Articles
of Amendment to its Ilrticles of Incorporation:
FIRST: The name of the corporation is: HOMER 1i0~T IhSTITUTE
SECOND: The folloa~ing amendreent of the Articles of Incorporation
was adopted by the Corporation in the manner prescribed by the Uistrict
of Columbia hon-profit Corporation Act:
1. ARTICLE SIXTH of the Articles of Incorporation is
hereby a~znded as follows: ~

elected or appointed, if the directors or any of then are not to be
