has failed to pay the child support as required by the Final Judgment of this
Court entered on the 25th day of October, 1979, and is as of this March 27, 1981,
in arrears $480,00 plus $13.00 Court costs, it is
QRDERED that ?KARK ANTHONY BIGGLES bring praof of all attempta to secure em-
ployment and appear in this Court with same on Friday, April 24, 1481, a[ 10-00 AM.
FURTHER ORDERED that should Respondent obtain employment before April 24,
1981, he is to co~nence making the regular $40.U0 ~er week child supp~rt payments.
Payments to be made to the Clerk of Circuit Court (Room 104) or P. 0. Box 700,
Ft.~Pi~rce, Florida 33450 in cash or by money order or cashier's check and are to
include an additional $2.00 statutory fee.
Petitioner KI*~ERLY ANN BIGGLES GREEN is also ordered to appear at the hear-
ing to be held Aoril 24, 1981.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
of sucn further orders as may be proper.
