THIS CAUSE came on for hearing upon Motion for Enforcement filed by
CHERYL LUKE against TOMMY D JOHNSON ~ and the Court having considered
the evidence and testimony determines that as of March 20th ~ ig 81 ~
TO*L~tY D. JOHNSON is in default in the amount of $ 673:(10 , and a
Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of ~~~ L~
TQA4tY D JOHNSON in the amount of S673.00
and agafnst
for which let execution issue.
FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent hereafter shall pay child support in the
sum of $ 20.00 each and every week, comnencing March 27th , 19 81 .
Each Qaqment shall be made to the Clerk of thia Court in cash, or by cashier's check
or money order. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
JURISDICTION of this Cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
of such further orders as may be proper.. -
