Lender's interest in the Proptrty and Borrower's obligation to pay the sums securecl by this Morigage shall continue unimpaired. Upon reyuest by HorruHrr, L.ender, at I.cnder'ti option within twenty years frum the da~e of this M~r~gsge, may make Fulure !ldvartscs to Susrowcr. Such Fs~!ure Advances, with interest thr~eon, shall he secured by this 1lortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stahng that said note~ are se~,~red hereby.
