6. That the undersigned sha11 be bound to the Mortgagee to the same extent
and in the same manner as if the undersigned were Mortgagor under said mortgage and ~
the makerof all promisssory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s) is satis-
factnry and that the above-stated new interest rate payable on the sums secured by
said mortgage is also satisfartory, and the Association hereby consents to the sale.
transfer and/or conveyance of the aforesaid mortgaged property to the Owner(s).
$. The Owner(s) hereby assumes, i~ addition to the mortgage obligation
ref erred to above. all of the supplemental conditions executed at the time of the
mortgage obligation. which conditions are referred to elther as Suppiemental Agree-
ment" or "Uniform and Non-Uniform Covenants" and assumes those conditions as fully
as though the undersigned has executed said written agreement.
