RELEASE
Comes now F.AFMAN OIL CO., INC., a Florida corporation,
and releases and disclaims any interest it has in that lease
dated March 30, 1965 between Reed-Haiiqhton Motors, Inc. Pension
~ ~ ~ ~ . , _..-
Trust and itself, and says that it did not exercise any options
or extensions contained therein and is not now a lessee on the
property; that it removed any and all personal property owned by
it, and it has no claim to any personal property located on the
premises nor any claim to the real property subject of the lease,
said real property beinq described as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, of Block "B" of BdULEVARD
DEVELOPMENT COMF'ANY SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2, page
11, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
?'he above property also described as Lots 1,
2 and 3, and the North 20 feet of Lot 4, Block
"B" of the Re-sub3ivision of BOULEVARD DEVELOP-
MENT COriPANl' SUBDIVISIOL3, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 3, page 3, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
