THIS CAUSE having come on upon a Stipulated Agreement
by and between the parties, and the Court having otherwise
been advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
l. That the Plaintiff shall be granted leave to file an
Amended Complaint and the Defendant, Hughes Supply, Inc.,
shall have twenty (20) days from the c~ate of filing and
service of any s~ach Amended Complaint within which to file
motions or responsive pleadings directed thereto;
2. That said Plaintiff and said Defendant are.free to
commence discover_y pursuant to the Florida Rules of Civil
Procedure; however, said Plaintiff ar_d said Defendant shall
not seek any rulings from the above-referenced Court with
respect to discovery until the Defendant, Huqhes Suppy, Inc:'s, .
Motion For Stay Of Proceedinqs shall have been ruled upon
by the Court or until the parties hereto have agreed
otherwise in writing subscribed to by their respective
attorneys.
