Kinzer, deceased, the,court finding that the decedent died on the 30th day of November, 1979; that all interested persons are receiving their proper share under the Will; tha* the material allegations of the petition are true; and that an Order of Ancillary Summary Administration should be entered, it is . ADJUDGED that the aut'~enticated copy of the Will bearing date of March 20, 1970 and attested by Mildred Oler and I3eville G. Hall, as subscribing and attesting wi~nesses is admitted to probate according to law, as and for the last Will of the decedent.
