$72,000.00 presently invested in Money Market Funds and
$26,320.00 representing the proceeds from the sale of the
Estate's 1/6 interest in apartment buildings in Charleston,
West Virginia, known as the Belknap Apartments, until the
Estate receives Final Settlement, Receipts, and Discharges
from IRS and Department of Revenue, State of Florida; and,
when same are rece•ived, the balance, after payment of all
such taxes, will be distributed to the foregoing heirs.
